Key Areas of Responsibility:

Support decision making at multiple levels of the organization and across various stakeholder groups by distilling complex technical issues and considerations into business benefits, impacts and risks
Manage project, schedules, and resource plans
Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, and risks
Deliver project status reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
Manage, motivate, and provide leadership to the data warehouse and reporting team(s) on a daytoday basis
Organize delivery of knowledge transfer to clients, including toolset usage and transition of operational tasks to operations staff

Mandatory Professional Qualifications & Experience:

8 + years experience managing at least 2, medium to large scale projects in the analytics space, preference for experience related to cloud migrations
5+ years delivering projects in within an Agile delivery framework (Disciplined Agile preferred)

Preferred Experience:

Experience designing and implementing best practices for Data and Analytic solutions including:
Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (DW & BI) solutions in the Microsoft technology stack
Working knowledge in the design and development of analytic assets such as BI Dashboards and reports leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS
Foundational understanding of BI/Analytic platform design including designing, developing, and implementing integration and ETL processes based on disparate source systems.
Familiar with architecting, designing, and developing Cloudbased analytic platforms that leverage data technologies such as Microsoft Azure
Familiar with change management practices.
Knowledge developing strategic roadmap for clients in support of modernizing their analytic architecture and overall solution
Leverage the output of the strategic roadmap demonstrate to our clients the intersection of business benefits with an incremental solution delivery, including costing estimates and staffing considerations
Guide client leadership through the analytics solution journey from inception through tosolution delivery
