What You Will Do:

Support the Kinross Total Rewards team in analysis and reporting to meet key corporate and site commitments. Reports to the Total Rewards Manager, Global Compensation, and assist other professionals within Total Rewards.

By the end of your internship, you will have developed tangible human resources skills that will help you get the most out of your final year(s) of university and set a meaningful foundation for your career post-graduation.


Must Haves:


  • 3rd year student in Human Resources or Business
  • Lodgings in Toronto for the duration of the placement
  • Superior analytical skills in excel and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills; the ability to meet multiple and competing deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to perform well independently as well as on a team

Nice to Haves:


  • Language skills in French, Arabic, Portuguese, or Spanish
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams
  • Active extracurriculars
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

Our Approach to COVID-19:


In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in alignment with our health and safety standards, all Kinross Gold Corporation employees working from the Toronto office must be fully vaccinated with at least two doses of an approved vaccine.
