- Supervise and lead a team of workers, operators and looking after repairs of the crushing spreads
- Plan and schedule work activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to crew members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Interpret project specifications to guide the crew in executing the work accurately and in accordance with established standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper project coordination and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide guidance and training to crew members, promoting skill development and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork, communication, and professionalism among crew members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in crushing operations.
- Indepth knowledge of crushing operation methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret crushing specifications.
- Proficiency in using constructionrelated tools, equipment, and technology.
Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal
Salary:
$28.42-$32.77 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
