Foundry central office is recruiting for Technology Implementation Support position.

Reporting to the Tech Implementation Manager and working in close collaboration with Foundry's Tech Pod and the Foundry centres, the Tech Implementation Support is responsible for onboarding new centres to Foundry technology systems.

This includes supporting with workflow mapping, assisting with the development and administration of a comprehensive range of in-person and online training programs with respect to Foundry's technology systems, providing training, go-live support and ongoing support to centres.

The Tech Implementation Support is also responsible for keeping abreast with any updates or new features introduced and communicating these changes to the centres and updating training material as needed.

A successful for Technology Implementation Supporter will have a passion for technology and change management, an ability to find innovative solutions to ensure the technology fits centre's needs, capture, and analyse feedback and gaps and use this data to inform improvements.

They must also be committed to cultural agility, safety and humility (CASH) and justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI).

Skills

  • Proven skill and experience drafting workflows, policies, procedures and standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to create training materials and edit training materials created by others.
  • Ability to train employees, including knowledge of adult learning principles, learning styles, facilitation skills, etc.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and support scheduling training activities.
  • Ability to manage own work activities to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, and recognize when to escalate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse user community.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

Education

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Information Technology plus two (2) to three (3) years of experience with a software implementation project, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Valid BC Driver's License beneficial as the role will require travel to different Foundry centres and the use of a personal vehicle for which mileage; meals or any lodging expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the
    PHCpolicies.

Duties

  • Assists with the development and implementation of training programs for technology systems used at Foundry.
  • Works with the Tech Implementation Manager and other stakeholders to create, maintain and standardize all training and orientation programs and materials and assessment tools to the extent possible, including the creation and roll out of new training materials and documentation related to new releases, updates or changes.
  • Supports onboarding of new Foundry Centres to Foundry Tech platforms, including project management, workflow mapping, scheduling meetings. Manages the delivery of training sessions and provides inperson golive support to centres after launch.
  • Manages devices used by Foundry's technology products, which includes setting up, inventory management, troubleshooting and creating user guides.
  • Provides regular updates to Tech Implementation Manager regarding progress and brings forward any areas of concern requiring attention, direction and support.
