    Role Overview:

    As our Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, forging strategic partnerships with leading institutions such as credit unions and banks. Your mission? To secure enterprise deals that propel roomvu to new heights, all while ensuring geographic relevance and credibility through our integration with prominent real estate boards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and nurture strategic relationships with credit unions, banks, and potential enterprise partners within the mortgage industry.
    • Relationship Management: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
    • Sales Targets: Achieve ambitious business development targets by securing at least 10 new partnerships within the first year.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with company goals.
    • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to position our firm as a leader in the mortgage space.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the mortgage industry in North America.
    • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mortgage industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and key players.
    • Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to network, influence, and negotiate with potential partners and stakeholders.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and negotiate deals.
    • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
