Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing team in achieving an effective Allseating brand experience. Through a broad understanding of marketing functions, the Marketing Manager will develop creative programs that engage the architecture and design community, Allseating's dealership network, and sales representatives.
Position Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the following:
- In collaboration with the Marketing Director, define and implement the overall marketing initiatives, monitoring to ensure execution is within budget;
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence in development and execution of marketing initiatives;
- Actively plan and manage the launch process, alongside the Product Manager; which includes the creation of webinars, launch kits, sales samples, roll out events, and all supporting print and digital assets;
- Define and implement the digital and social media strategy and content, including regular monitoring and analytics;
- Plan and manage the execution of sales support tools such as request for proposals, events, custom outreach programs, developing and executing Allseating's CEU (continued education units) and case studies;
- Oversee and manage Allseating's literature fulfillment strategy, working with vendors and third party fulfillment warehouse;
- Manage Allseating's internal and external communications efforts, including overseeing the partnership with Allseating's public relations agency;
- Plan and manage multiple off-site tradeshows, including booth design, product selection and finish selection, development, marketing communications, sponsorships, and sales meetings across North America;
- Ensure updates to the Allseating website are executed in a timely manner including uploading of new product information and marketing tools;
- Overseeing the daily functions of Allseating's showrooms in Chicago and Toronto, ensuring they are presentable and updated; and
- Other duties as may be required or assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work with multiple team members across many departments;
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Superior research and analytical skills; and
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to organize and prioritize a variety of projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Marketing degree/diploma or relevant work experience;
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in marketing with three (3) years at a supervisory level;
- Proficiency with content management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact, Social Media management tools, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign;
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube) and how they can be maximized;
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Drupal/Wordpress) is an asset; and
- Occasional travel to USA required.
Work Environment:
- Office setting; and
- Prolonged sitting at a computer workstation
Pay:
CA$75,000.00-CA$80,000.00 per year
