Audience Development Lead, Creator Growth

Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the Channel & Audience Growth function, which includes:
Supporting a high-performing team with partner sessions, development opportunities and training
Supporting department management with the development of team goals and KPIs in alignment with departmental goals
Be the gotoresource for team members; providing direction, guidance, sharing knowledge and resources to positively mentor and motivate.
Representing and championing the Channel & Audience Growth function across the company
Owning the delivery and continuous development of the Channel & Audience Growth program
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and collaborate across departments (e.g., VIP Talent Management, Music) on valueadds and program development to better support our partners and generate additional revenue streams
Platform / Subject Matter expert for YouTube, TikTok. Snapchat & Meta.
Provide ongoing social platform growth strategies to creators (e.g., programming, channel optimization, analytics, monetization) to help grow their audience and increase engagement
Develop strong, professional relationships with BBTV's creators while providing them exceptional oneonone consultation, guidance and services regarding BBTV's offerings and relevant social platform
Individually, and in collaboration with others, reports on metrics relevant to the Channel & Audience Growth program
Collaborate with the Creator Growth team to review prospect channels and provide insights to support the sales cycle
Respond to questions and concerns regarding BBTV's products and services, YouTube and other social platform copyright and community guidelines, and the YouTube and other social platforms themselves in a highly responsive and attentive style
Organize and administer educational webinar
Collaborate with the Research & Development team on product development to maximize the value of products offered
Collaborate with management to update Channel & Audience Growth related program initiatives, documentation and processes to ensure the department is operating as efficiently as possible
Remain uptodate on YouTube and other social platform updates and trends in the online video space
