- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Grind meats

- Band saw
- Manual cutting utensil
- Power grinder
- Slicing machine
