Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for
Concrete Foreperson to be the point of contact between the construction workers and supervisors. A few of the main duties of a foreperson are coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, and overseeing the quality of the site. They also must report the progress of the project to superiors (QA/QC).

Position Specifications
- Red Seal Carpentry Qualification preferred or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to constantly plan and track progress
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
- Practices, procedures, techniques in the Construction Trades tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control and safety.
