Job Opportunity:

Students are required to provide vacation relief on our manufacturing floor from May to August inclusive.

Reporting to the Converting or Corrugator Supervisor, you will be required to work an 8-hour day Monday to Friday on one of the following shifts - days, afternoons or nights.

Students will be required to do repetitive tasks and heavy lifting. Safety, quality and attendance are key components of the job.

Job Summary

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working as part of a team you are responsible for the daily production of quality corrugated products in a safe and efficient manner
Demonstrate attention to detail by ensuring order specs and special requirements are accurately followed
Perform production quality checks according to WestRock production requirements
Work efficiently and effectively, while ensuring a safe work environment, a quality product, and a satisfied customer
Maintain proper housekeeping practices to ensure a safe work environment
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age

Be enrolled in a post-secondary program

Able to work on one of 3 shifts as assigned; Days, Afternoons or Nights
