primary Focus:
Provide excellent customer service to every guest on every visit.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve all beverages to CHUCK'S ROADHOUSE standards
- Assist guest with beverage choice
- Promote weekly specials
- Participate in all national and local promotions
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Engage guests and build a regular clientele
- Assist fellow team members when needed
- Follow all systems in place
- Keeping the bar area clean
- Follow all weekly duties
- Complete regular opening and closing duties
- Follow all steps of service as per CHUCK'S ROADHOUSE standard
Skills required:
- Smart Serve Certification
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience required
- Comfortable and confident personality
- Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Quick, efficient, hardworking
- Professional wellgroomed appearance
- Must have good work ethics
- Bring a positive attitude towards guest and fellow staff members
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 16.55 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- serving: 3 years (required)
- Bartending: 3 years (required)
