WCB Nova Scotia works with workplaces across the province to help prevent workplace injuries, establish strong return-to-work programs, and inform and inspire Nova Scotians to promote healthy and safe workplaces.

When an injury occurs, the organization supports those whose lives it touches, fostering a timely and safe return to work.

They also provide caring, compassionate support in the wake of workplace tragedy.

This is a pivotal time in WCB Nova Scotia's history as it charts a transformational path.

In addition, the CEO will proactively seek to understand issues and opportunities to generate trust and transparency to facilitate change.

Deeply aligned with the organization's mission and values, the CEO will champion WCB Nova Scotia's commitment to becoming a national leader in promoting workplace safety and delivering vital return-to-work programs and outcomes.
