We are currently looking for a
Manager, Business Intelligence to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.





HYBRID WORK MODEL:
Work in the office at 1280 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga every Monday and Wednesday. Work from home Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.


What You'll Do:


  • Responsible for the development and execution of the Business Intelligence strategy which includes industry leading innovative product development that is customer centric.
  • Lead the Business Intelligence team in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
  • Maintain the highest level of quality, reliability, and accuracy in all business intelligence data.
  • Handle requests for reports to internal and external clients. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency.
  • Respond to adhoc requirements for analysis and information.
  • Responsible for data model development, testing and data management of complex reporting involving multiple sources and channels.
  • Review and finalize all critical customer reports and analyses.
  • Identify internal process issues, identify opportunities for further business development and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Collect requirements, analyze the issues, create the solutions and implement solutions.
  • Assist Client Implementations with defining new client or program reporting requirements and execute.
  • Provide analyses for complex and sensitive projects. Design and make recommendations of business improvement.
  • Manage all business intelligence projects by developing project plan, providing updates, and ensuring successful implementation to meet the customer expectations and deadline.
  • Ensure IT developments are aligned to strategic BI developments and solutions.
  • Prepare quarterly business review presentations for customers and present if required.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • College Diploma / University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
  • CCLP, P. Log or other Supply Chain designations are assets.
  • Minimum 7 years in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Reporting in the logistics and transportation industry of which 2 years in a managerial / leadership role.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge in Accounting and Finance is an asset.
  • Understanding of one or more of the following verticals is an asset: Information Technology, Supply Chain Management in Consumer Products, Industrial/Manufacturing.
  • Experience in consulting or consultative sales approach.
  • Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Office (i

Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced computer skills required in relational database knowledge, Excel (e.g., formula set up, VBA coding) and Access (e.g., VBA coding, table and query design).
  • Expert knowledge with SQL and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Python is an asset.
