Position Description:


Associate Project - Process - Delivery is part of DTH Partner Performance Management within Field Operations involves multi line of businesses (Satellite TV (DTH), Wireless Home Internet (WHI), Bell Smart Home (BSH), Public Access (PA)).

Team responsible for special project delivery activities, vendor payments including Retail partners, National Installation vendors, Single Family Unit (SFU), Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU), Special vendor payments, related payment inquiries and reporting/analysis.


Key Responsabilities:


  • Perform endtoend reporting/analytical solutions, from gathering requirements to final deployment.
  • Develop databases and automate processes to support multi line of businesses.
  • Actively monitor systems for order flow process enhancements.
  • Vendor performance related metrics and quality issues on all line of business related activities.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Bell systems.
  • Review and create business/system requirements to support ongoing initiatives (SRS/BRD/UAT)
  • Responsible for DTH, WHI and BSH related order flow monitoring, identify/document system, and process gaps for future enhancement.
  • Investigate and resolve compensation process gaps and system issues.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and act as a lead prime within the team for quality, process and related projects and system testing (UAT).
  • Act as a "go" to person for data analysis and data mining

Essential Qualifications:


  • Intermediate or educational knowledge in MS Excel
  • English
  • Must be familiar or working knowledge in programming languages including SQL
  • Ability to blend business analysis with technical skillset to develop efficient processes
  • Minimum of College diploma or related computer programming/technical experience
  • Familiar with data mining and analysis
  • Experienced in
  • Proven ability to multitask, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred

  • Knowledge in SAS and related querying skills
  • MS Access
  • Certification or related training or experience in wireless/networking industry
  • Experience in working in field installation audit and technical assessment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to an evolving position
  • Have working knowledge of Bell systems mainly OM (Order Max) /OMC (TV Service assurance tool), Customer profile and billing system, Data warehouse, SAP (Accounting and Finance), FWFM/Click (dispatching), CMS (Contract Management System), and APSS (Account Payable Self-Serve)
  • Knowledge in customer billing, credit and payment process
