Field Service Technician - Montreal
Your passion for troubleshooting hardware and mechanical inclination will be key in providing maintenance and service to our customers. You will perform
installs, deinstalls, relocations, and corrective and preventative maintenance for complex printer solutions. If you love working with your hands, this could be the right role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and service to the customer base
across Montreal (rotating on-call schedule).
Key Responsibilities:

Fluently bilingual (English/French):
- Performing corrective and preventative maintenance on the printer systems which includes printers and pre and post equipment and software at the customer site and/or region
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, build strong relationships, and meet customer Service Level Agreements to ensure that the company is not penalized
- Escalating unresolved problems according to predefined service procedures and as per escalation process
- Performing installations, deinstallations, and/or relocations at customer site
- Obtaining necessary training necessary to remain current on all technical aspects of PPS systems
- Maintaining parts inventory, diagnostic and physical tools
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Employee's Degree, or Vocational or Technical School Degree in electrical or mechanical studies
- Mechanically inclined and some technical service experience
- Strong analytical skills are required to review equipment, analyze issues, and troubleshoot systems
- Excellent project and process management
- Basic computer, technical and equipment operation skills
- Exemplary time management and multitasking skills
Occasional travel outside of territory is required:
Ability to work on a rotating 24/7 schedule:
Valid drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'entretien et du service à la
clientèle à Montréal (horaire rotatif sur appel).
Principales responsabilités
- Effectuer la maintenance corrective et préventive des systèmes d'impression qui comprennent les imprimantes et les équipements et logiciels de pré et postproduction sur le site du client et/ou dans la région.
- Maintenir une excellente satisfaction du client, établir des relations solides et respecter les accords de niveau de service du client afin que la société ne soit pas pénalisée.
- Faire remonter les problèmes non résolus conformément aux procédures de service prédéfinies et au processus de remontée des informations.
- Effectuer des installations, des désinstallations et/ou des relocalisations sur le site du client.
- Obtenir la formation nécessaire pour rester au courant de tous les aspects techniques des systèmes PPS
- Maintenir un inventaire des pièces, des outils de diagnostic et des outils physiques.
Pour réussir, vous devrez:
- Diplôme d'employé ou diplôme d'une école professionnelle ou technique en électricité ou en mécanique.
- Avoir un penchant pour la mécanique et une certaine expérience du service technique
- De solides compétences analytiques sont nécessaires pour examiner l'équipement, analyser les problèmes et dépanner les systèmes.
