Summary
Centrally located multidisciplinary dental office requires a Facilities Coordinator

The Job

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing incoming service requests and tracking their progress in a ticketing system, escalating tickets when required.
Ordering and receiving deliveries
Setup, maintenance, and repair of dental specific and general business software.
Troubleshooting various hardware, software, and communication issues for other employees.
Repairing or scheduling repairs for office equipment.
Monitor and maintain wireless access points, network printers, and more.
Assisting with larger projects as required.

Qualifications
The following would be considered assets, but are not all required:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with helpdesk/ticketing software (FreshDesk)
Experience in a dental or healthcare environment
