What you can expect:

**As the Content Marketing Specialist, you'll be researching, writing, editing, and amplifying stories through a compelling online experience. You'll also be passionate about testing new ideas, and reaching / engaging / learning from our audience. The right person will have an eye for top-quality B2B marketing content to help connect content strategy to business results. You'll play a key role in elevating our content marketing program and landing it all on our website. As a natural storyteller, you'll study and know our customers and prospects inside out and develop engaging content that delivers results on multiple channels.

Important desired skills:

Can you write short, punchy ad headlines and engaging long form copy? Can you understand our customers' buying journey and translate this into content pieces? In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our written communications are clear, relevant, jargon-free and consistent with our brand voice and tone.


You will be responsible for:


Content Strategy

  • Deliver worldclass, jargonfree copywriting through all medium
  • Develop a continuous pipeline of marketing content to create demand and engage prospects
  • Optimize our content and brand credibility by creating and maintaining ongoing web content, blog and backlink strategy
  • Work with Product Marketing Managers, Sales team and other stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our industry and client personas, their paint points and daytoday in order to write content that actually appeals to them
  • Define, develop, and implement the content calendar and content creation frameworks, toolkits and guidelines.
  • Edit and proofread content produced by fellow teammembers (for example: case studies, product pages)
  • Ensure new and existing content is optimized for SEO to increase organic traffic
  • Perform ongoing SEO and keyword research
  • Create metadata text for blogs and landing pages


  • Own English

  • French content translation internally/externally
  • Collaborate with the brand team to ensure alignment of content and messaging with brand

Content Distribution

  • Break down and publish content across different organic and paid channels and ensure we're publishing social media content regularly
  • Research and propose new content channels (podcasts, industry association groups, etc.)

Job requirements

What we want from you:


  • 2+ years' experience in content marketing role at a marketing agency or SaaS company
  • Portfolio showcasing B2B content (webpages, landing pages, SEOdriven content, etc.) samples required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or another related field
  • Demonstrated success with growing traffic and driving revenue through content marketing
  • Impeccable organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders
  • Familiar with basic SEO concepts and website analytics
  • Strong command of marketing research and analysis
  • Creative ability to find new ways of doing things, constantly looking to improve.
  • Experience managing relationships with agencies and consultants
  • Knowledge of CRM & Marketing Automation tools. (Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot a plus)
  • Handson experience with website strategy / management, data and analytics, and social media platforms
  • Competency in written English and French
  • Experience working with freelancers and vendors to create branded content
