Description

Coventry North is looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Job Duties:

Process all inbound/outbound parts shipments; follow up on pending orders special and parts
Ensure that files containing work orders, invoices, insurance estimates and specially ordered parts are organized
Organize orders for shipping or delivery purposes, or for daily pickup.
Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records by counting, weighing, or measuring items both in and outgoing shipments
Review body shop estimates to ensure that parts ordered are correct and ensure that prices match
Notify Parts Manager when items are out of stock and shop equipment needs immediate attention
Put away daily and weekly stock orders.
General maintenance of entire stockroom.
Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times.
Other duties as required
Strong organizational, customer service and sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Valid driver's license preferred and a clean driver's abstract
Pleasant, professional demeanor with the desire to exceed expectations
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure with the ability to diffuse tense situations
Strong problem solving skills & strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
