    Parlee Beach Provincial Park – Campground

    Who we are

    We invite you to join the Parks NB team You will have the opportunity to work at one of the most beautiful beaches in North America with the warmest salt water in Canada. Parlee Beach also holds international Blue Flag certification. The campground is located on well-developed grounds with over 210 sites.

    What you will do

    Reporting to the Sales and Service Attendants Supervisor at Parlee Beach Provincial Park, the success you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Selling day and season passes to the public entering Parlee Beach Provincial Park
    • Greeting the public and answering inquiries by phone and in person
    • Operating the cash register and be responsible for the cash float
    • Locking and unlocking the work area
    • Storing and replenishing supplies and inventory
    • Counting inventory monthly and annually
    • Cleaning work area daily and weekly
    • Performing any related duties as assigned by the supervisor

    Work Environment

    • Working variable hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

    You are someone who prides themselves in exceeding client expectations, being flexible and supporting members of your team. You are experienced in providing customer service. You must be a team player who works with attention to detail and possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and are self-motivated.

    Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:

    Need to have

    • Completion of grade 10
    • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
    • Written and spoken competence in English and French is required

    Nice to have

    • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

    Wage

    $20.67 per hour
