Description

BROJAM Construction & Maintenance Ltd is looking for new members to join our team

Duties include

Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
Mix plaster or stucco ingredients according to specific formulas
Create decorative textures in plaster or stucco finishes
Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster or stucco surfaces

Experience

Previous experience as a plasterer or drywall finisher in a related field preferred
Knowledge of maintenance person skills such as drywall installation and finishing, construction painting, caulking, and carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
