Opportunity:

In this role, you will:

Develop, implement, and maintain the global classification (according to all applicable tariff schedules and export control classification regimes) and country of origin programs across all Business Units and Selling Units, whilst supporting with classification as it applies to Sanctions regimes and requirements
Maintain databases for classification and country of origin in line with stakeholder requirements and work with key stakeholders to maintain auditready records across all entities, including where this requires contact with third parties to obtain records for classification or Supplier Declarations for country of origin
Support reporting and analysis of Global Trade Compliance data for local, global and Danaher
Work with the Shipping/Warehousing teams on the floor
Prioritize the Sales Order to ensure Shipping and Logistics are aligned for On-Time Deliveries

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

5+ years of direct trade compliance experience in a multinational organization
Business degree in Supply Chain Logistics or related experience
Knowledge of global import/customs regulations, export control regulations, embargoes, and sanctions
Self-Motivated with the ability to comprehend extensive production operations and schedules and ability to cope with deadlines and other pressured situations
Computer Literate must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
Highly organized and able to work with little supervision
