DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Process month end analysis and create and post journal entries to clear burdens.
Perform monthly analysis to assist Managers with adhoc inquiries.
Gather and compile data for input into the annual budget.
Run reports from Prophix.
Process journal entries from workflow commentaries.
Develop and/or edit process documentation.
Validate financial statements between financial systems.
Perform duties in accordance with all policies, procedures, and government regulations.
Generate, review, and analyze reports to support business operations.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and partners as needed.
Work effectively as a team to learn and support colleagues.
Other duties as assigned.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with finance terminology and financial statements
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical organizational and time management skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Professionalism, strong work ethic, confidentiality, and Human Relations.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
Experience working with large amounts of data and with financial software is an asset.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Post-Secondary enrollment requirement (Minimum 1st year students currently enrolled in University or College)
