Customer Care Specialist/Receptionist

The Company
SureCure is a private company based in Milton, Ontario.

We make use of leading-edge computer, additive manufacturing and production technologies to produce customized clear orthodontic aligners for the international market.

The company was founded 7 years ago and is certified by the FDA and Health Canada.


The Job


The successful team member will build strong, effective customer relationships with new, existing, and potential customers by providing product solutions, initiating customer contact, responding to customer needs and requirements.

You will be the direct link to our customers and the public and will provide them with friendly and timely service.


Responsibilities

  • Effective and efficient handling of customer communications.
  • Become thoroughly familiar with DOC's products, services, and customer service processes.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
  • Document customer inquiries and responses in customers' accounts.
  • Consistent and timely following up on promises and commitments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information, verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
  • Greet and welcome guests at the office.
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound customer service calls.
  • Direct visitors/callers to the appropriate person and office.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail, effective time management and organizational skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment and have an ability to learn quickly
  • Be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
