    Description

    Position Overview

    : Working as a part of a team, assembling orders for our clients to prepare for delivery. Position primarily involves using equipment to move product and load/unload trucks.

    Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare loads for shipping, load containers, check contents to be shipped against supporting documents and report any discrepancies
  • Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store products
  • Maintain internal record-keeping systems
  • Other general warehouse duties as assigned

    • Required Skills, Knowledge and Competencies

  • Be physically fit and capable of lifting 45lbs on a regular basis
  • Be bondable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and even temperament
  • Experience working in a warehouse or production environment is an asset
  • Experience and certification operating equipment (pallet jack, ride-on, standup forklift) is required
