Job Description
As Manager Field Sales Support Eastern Canada your role is critical in enabling RBC Wealth Management Financial Services Inc WMFS sales support and field sales staff to deliver dedicated support to Estate Planning Specialists You will lead coach develop and enable a team of Estate Planning Assistants and Associates i.e financial security advisors ensuring superior client care is delivered as well as a high standard of operational effectiveness You are a subject matter expert resource and thought leader effectively partnering within and outside of WMFS in order to positively impact the client employee experience.
