Description

• Assist in daytoday operations of our retail branch
• Customer Service, assist with adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback
• Presentation and Appearance of the Rocking Horse Brand
• Assist with marketing and sales strategies. Initiate sales activities and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
• Report on sales, lead generation, develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients
• Attend trade shows and other marketing events and represent the organization

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to lead and motivate, salesdriven and goaloriented attitude, proven work experience to achieve set targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Moderate computer skills and the ability to use a pointofsale system
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, strong organizational skills and multi tasking

• French not required

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Overtime pay

• Secondary School (preferred)

• Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
