Technical Inside Sales Coordinator

3D Storage Systems, a manufacturer of steel storage products used in every industry in the world is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Coordinator who will fit into a dynamic and fast paced environment.

3D Storage Systems operates a manufacturing plant in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada where steel and other components are processed into various components.

3D also operates a manufacturing plant in Cartersville, Georgia, USA.

3D Storage has been in business since 1992 and is in a high growth phase looking for a dynamic, passionate and highly motivated individual who can deal with a myriad of tasks.

This role has varying range of day-to-day tasks.


Core Duties:

Inside Sales & Customer Service

Outside Sales - Canada & US

• Travelling to customers to create/maintain relationships
• Travelling to industry/trade conferences

Creating Quotations, Estimates, Bill of Materials

• Coordinating with customers to provide project quotes and BOMS
• Coordinating with customers/vendors/suppliers/integrators to find information regarding projects

Order Processing & Order Service

• Processing new orders and following 3D order processes
• Coordinating with design/production/shipping teams to streamline projects through design/production pipeline
• Coordinating with customers/vendors/suppliers/integrators to retrieve information needed to proceed to design/production
• Coordinate with customers/vendors/suppliers/integrators for service issues which may come up

General process improvement

• Aid in the improvement and revamping of existing processes involved in sales/design/production/shipping/operations

Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills in English is a must
• Able to manage many aspects of a project
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)

• Experience with sales of a technical product would be an asset
• A selfmotivated individual
• Basic 2D drafting skills (Create CAD drawings)
• Understanding of basic programing (any language)

$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
