We are SLR Consulting (Canada), a 700+ team of advisory, environmental/engineering, and regulatory professionals across 20+ office locations in Canada.We deliver environmental and sustainability services to our clients through the integration of over 30 advisory, technical environmental, and engineering disciplines to help clients address some of their most complex challenges around sustainability.
As an Office Administrator and Project Support at SLR Consulting you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the team including data management vendors client liaison ensuring compliance with SLR policies procedures supporting accounting budget tracking invoicing reporting billing inquiries assisting in proposal preparation calendars management meeting logistics travel booking monitoring maintaining office equipment training new staff on office specific company wide policies procedures providing reception duties general upkeep other administrative tasks as required working closely with the management team shared services team supporting document needs drive consistency quality of SLRs deliverables your biggest assets will be excellent communication skills proactive attitude towards new challenges strong computer skills ability build relationships work everyone from entry level employees to management others quickly get know someone they can come task guidance company policy process your success position require high degree organization attention detail time management collaborative approach supporting One Team culture enjoy flexible dynamic work environment engaged team fellow professionals
