Niagara's finest Hotels is currently looking for a Part time Breakfast Server to join our growing teamSituated in the heart of Niagara, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in one of our luxury properties whilst being supported by a tenured team
What you'll be doing:
- Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
- Good communication with guests and team members.
- Assisting in opening duties.
- Create check, collect payment, and settle transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for cash floats and deposits.
- Wipe down table bases, dust window sills and wipe off chairs.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Ability to work morning shifts.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local area.
- First Aid and/or CPR training is considered an asset.
- Previous upselling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
