    Specs:

    The support engineer is responsible for support delivery, providing technical support to Power BI customers by resolving escalated, complex technical customer issues on the Power BI Platform and delivering Power BI Technical Support against CPE (Customer-premises equipment) and workflow efficiency targets To identify required tools, cloud access, training, processes or capabilities to assess customer issues.

    Keep escalations to PG operations below 10% of the volume.

    The Support Engineer will need to closely collaborate with PG engineering and operations, and other engineers

    Skills

  • SQL Developer with 1+ years of experience with good knowledge on any BI reporting tools (Preferred skill is Power BI)
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end customers.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues in an often-ambiguous environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate technical errors and solutions.
  • Experience in any Technical support role is preferred.
