    Description

    crea-ture Studios Inc. is a small, hybrid studio focused on making games in a different way. Based in Montreal, Canada, we bring together a mix of industry veterans and newcomers, providing a platform for everyone to contribute. Our goal is to keep the team lean and cross-disciplinary, giving everyone the voice to collaborate and shape the process. We believe in empowering people—and it shows in everything we create.

    We are looking for a 3D Gameplay Animator to help develop our next instalment.

    Qualified candidates need to be motivated and passionate about making and playing games.

    The candidate must be ready for the challenges involved with developing games and new technology required for a small studio.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create and deliver quality realistic animations
    • Participate in the design of animations
    • Test and refine your animations, while troubleshooting issues as needed
    • Identify and resolve technical and artistic issues related to animations
    • Document and communicate workflow and best practices

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience in AAA or other similar experience;
    • Strong familiarity with 3D animation tools (Maya /3ds Max)
    • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
    • Technical knowledge of creation and integration of state machines

    • Portfolio demonstrating artistic and composition skills
