We are currently have an opportunity for a full-time
WORKING LEADHAND to join our Team.

We are looking for a Team player, who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing exceptional results for our customers.

Midnight Shift 11:30pm-8:00am

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Calculate the surface area of parts to be plated
Determine number of loads
Perform Cleaning and Sand Blasting of parts for plating
Calculate amperage per square foot/inch of repetitive parts
Setting the rectifier controller to the appropriate and specified amps
Process parts according to the job traveler specifications
Has ability to liaise with other company areas/departments when required & necessary,
Ensures filling out & completion of company documents in a timely manner such as work orders, material requisition, etc.,
Ensures employees have the necessary expertise to carry out their jobs
Keeps up maintenance database current.
Understand, adhere, and demonstrate to the company's commitment to
QUALITY and
SAFETY
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Able to read micrometers, Vernier calipers, thickness testers;
Basic computer skills required;
Must have the ability to read and interpret work orders;

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment; with a strong sense of teamwork
