Leader:
Sr Leader, Entrepreneurial Growth

As ATB's next Entrepreneur Education Specialist, you'll be responsible for drafting and editing content that supports ATB's Entrepreneurial Growth Team and the entrepreneur education strategy. You'll draft written content, including newsletters, articles, course materials, web and social media content and messaging to be sent directly to clients, support internal communication efforts and align to the team's editorial and content calendars. You'll maintain ATB's brand aesthetics, voice, messaging and positioning for the Entrepreneur Education team and its partners to help educate and support entrepreneurs in all stages or business across Alberta.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with many groups across the Entrepreneurial Growth Team in drafting, editing and proofreading content being used across external channels for the entrepreneur and small business client.
Participates and provides support in the editorial and copywriting processes.
Ensures communication across all channels remains consistent, relevant and aligned to the entrepreneur journey.
Supports creation of internal communication materials to keep relevant groups informed and aware of the work being done on the Entrepreneurial Growth team
Responsible for sourcing/mining ATB resources, drafting and creating content for and scheduling entrepreneur and arts and culture focused newsletters, as well as analyzing and reporting on key results.
Stays consistently aware of content performance and drives continuous improvement through KPI and data tracking.

Requirements:

Accreditations:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field

Core Technical Skills:

Experience in content, growth, or digital marketing
Customer centricity and value creation learning and adopting customer and businessfocused approaches
Understanding of nuances between different audiences, both internal and external
Experience with:
Leveraging customer research & journey mapping to inform content
Previous experience creating content for entrepreneur audience considered an asset

Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:

Storytelling
Relationship management
Prioritization & managing expectations
Highly organized and detailoriented
Experience as an entrepreneur an asset but not required
