    Location: Quebec – Boucherville
    Reports to: Service Manager

    We are hiring a Parts Advisor in the Truck and Transportation Industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • As a Parts Advisor, you will:
    • Maintain optimal inventory levels for truck and transport parts.
    • Assist technicians and service advisors in securing required parts to complete work orders.
    • Provide counter support for parts inquiries from shop technicians and walk-in customers.
    • Offer phone support to customers regarding parts availability and orders.
    • Occasionally deliver parts as required.
    • Source non-stock parts for service jobs efficiently.
    • Receive and stock parts for shop and service vehicles.
    • Maintain accurate records of pending orders and receipts.
    • Prepare requisition orders to replenish inventory.
    • Track and prepare parts invoices.
    • Document and report discrepancies in the inventory system.

    Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate will possess:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
    • 1-2+ years of experience in the trucking or automotive industry.
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Parts Department.
    • A valid G License.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze and interpret basic parts department reports, perform internet searches, and utilize parts catalogs.
