We're looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst to be part of our Revenue Operations Department.We work with small home service businesses to transform the way service is delivered through technology. With Jobber they can quote, schedule, invoice and collect payments from their customers while providing an easy and professional customer experience.
The team sits strategically at the unification of people process technology and data working to drive a buyer centric go-to-market strategy enabling Jobber to engage with the right person at the right time in the right way
The role Reporting to the Senior Manager Revenue Operations enables revenue teams execute effectively at scale by bridging needs with creative powerful technology solutions You'll bridge needs across technical initiatives provide mentorship facilitate design document business systems requirements act as subject matter expert on Jobber business processes support stakeholders on revenue tooling change management adoption discover develop share best practices within defined processes and technology
- Hands-on experience Salesforce/Hubsport implementation knowledge data migration data cleansing application integration
- Salesforce/Hubsport admin certification Deep Understanding Salesforce Hubsport product suite Strong knowledge sales marketing customer success functions Hands-on configuration platform features user management profiles permission sets org-wide defaults sharing rules territories custom objects new page layouts custom fields formula fields validations workflows rules email templates process builder flows lightning pages managed packages Proven experience leading enterprise-scale CRM MAP projects Deep expertise Hubsport Platform functionality best practices Proficient Agile Scrum methodologies Creative problem solver Excellent communicator able prioritize numerous competing high-priority asks
