WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


Reporting to into Sales and Marketing, you will be part of an exciting Augmented Reality team that will see you working with our sales team, technical engineers, and support operations' groups.

As the Sales Operation Administrator you will be working with the business development team on various sales deals and projects dealing with, technical and operational matters.

This role offers the opportunity for challenge with lots of growth potential.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with the Sales and Product Management team to produce or revise roadmaps based on company goals
  • Assists the Business Development team overall in operations, including monitoring sales, marketing, customer service as well as scheduling demos using our CRM tool.
  • Work with the current Business Development team to enter data into our CRM tool and assist in budgeting, quoting, cost estimation for small
- and large-scale enterprise deals.

  • Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience
  • Providing support to sales and marketing department
  • Work with overall sales operations and finance on milestone billing
  • A/R scheduling
  • Partner with Finance on Month End Reports & reconciliation
  • Project Management on medium and larger enterprise sales deals
  • Generate reports on customers and data from our database and actively participates in social media outreach to prospect new business.
  • Develop customer prospect lists for the Business Development team
  • Enters data in our CRM tool, our internal database and keep data organized utilizing Microsoft office and other available resources.
  • Drives for results by ensuring customer prospect objectives and targets are forecasted, achieved, and aligned
  • Maintains proper and efficient communication level of direction and other business metrics throughout

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Minimum of three years of sales administration in a tech industry
  • Sales and Project Management experience
  • Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • Must be detailoriented, resultsfocused and a selfstarter with strong follow up skills
  • Ability to work with teams and showcase situational leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets, cost control skills
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to keep to timelines and track sales deals
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and ability to determine solutions for team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • HubSpot experience is an asset
  • PandaDoc experience a plus
  • Experience with database and database management
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience working in SaaS and exposure to Augmented Reality an asset

$55,000.00-$60,561.79 per year
