What We Are Looking For:
We're seeking a Warehouse Generalist to join our Operations team at Kinetics, responsible for supporting production activities. As a crucial team member, you'll maintain shipping/receiving, inventory, and warehousing operations, ensuring smooth production. We seek someone with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, a proactive work ethic, and exceptional communication skills.
The Role:
The Warehouse Generalist, as a part of our Operations team, focuses on supporting production activities.
As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our shipping/receiving, inventory, and warehousing operations, which are integral to the development and production of our heavy-duty drive and control solutions.
Additionally, this role provides assistance to other departments including Testing, Service, Sales, Engineering, and Facilities, as required.Skills and Qualifications:
Kinetics is seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience and Trades Training Levels 1 and 2, preferably in parts technician or similar roles.
Effective communication and strong physical ability, including lifting up to 25 kg (55 lbs), are essential for success at Kinetics.
