My family requires help with our 4.5 year old and 9 year old. It is an asset if you are comfortable working with them and love them as much as we do. Our top applicant would have previous experience although this isn't mandatory to be hired. Light housekeeping and meal prep is also an expectation but of course childcare is the priority. We are a fun hardworking family. CPR certification required
