YOUR MISSION

As an ambassador for corporate accounting, you will work closely with the other departments in the Finance group, as well as with the operational departments you serve.

In a dynamic environment that requires a great deal of autonomy, you will support your co-workers, primarily the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Corporate Accounting.

With the help of a team of accounting analysts, you will support the corporate and artistic departments in accounting, analysis and planning.

You will act as the main business partner for these sectors, helping them to achieve their targets and objectives.

Provide support to financial business partners
Provide leadership to the team of accounting analysts;
Ensure proper accounting of corporate and artistic departments;
Consolidate and analyze sector financial results;
Leadership of financial planning processes (budget and forecasts);
Prepare material for executive presentations;
Present financial results and explain sector results;
Manage the structure and architecture of cost allocation models;
Develop and prepare various valueadded financial analyses;
Coordinate and maintain the key accounting processes and internal controls of the departments under your responsibility;
Ensure compliance with accounting standards;
Participate in the preparation of annual audit and tax files;
Participate in various continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce financial information production cycle times;
Implement team development strategies;

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

CPA accounting designation;
More than five years' experience in a similar position;
Thoroughness, sense of responsibility and organizational skills;
Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards, an asset;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
