The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a
Service Advisor for our
Salmon Arm Toyota location.

You will be accountable for:

Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide indepth information about available parts and service options to customers.
Answering phone calls and assisting walkup customers.
Determining and identifying car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
Translating customerreported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
Ensuring that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
Invoicing and collecting payment from customers for services rendered.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services.
Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
DMS experience, specifically Reynolds and Reynolds is considered an asset.
Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management.
Strong computer skills.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right individual.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
