- Coordinate and support construction projects from planning through completion, keeping schedules, budgets, and risks on track
- Identify, apply for, and track grant funding to support project initiatives
- Research new business opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and help develop business cases
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by contributing to project planning, processes, and best practices
- Assist with regulatory applications, permits, and contract coordination with vendors and partners
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- You have 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in construction, remediation, or other field based projects
- You're highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- A strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple project sites across the North, including remote locations
- Experience with grant writing, regulatory permitting, contract management, or PMO support is an asset
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is an asset
