Position Overview:


Reporting to the Quality Manager, the incumbent is responsible for providing data processing support to the Regional Cardiac Sciences Program.

The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data report standards for a number of Cardiac Sciences databases.


Experience:


  • A minimum of 12 years related experience including data entry experience required.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs required.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint would be an asset.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate):


  • Complete high school education.
  • Successful completion of a recognized medical secretarial training program preferred.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to adjust and adapt in an environment that requires frequent changes and be able to demonstrate "flexibility" in assigned duties or program process changes.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work under the direction of the Manager and adhere to details.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multifaceted team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work dependently and independently and be able to establish and maintain excellent.
