Job summary
We have an issue with one customer account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The customer is receiving late fees despite owing nothing.The problem is: two invoices for increased import duty tariffs were applied towards a credit for non-used goods before sending the customer a paper check for the remaining credit. QBO is sending late fees against the two older invoices.
Contract duration of less than 1 month with 30 hours per week,
