Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Sales and Marketing, to join our team. This role is critical in promoting our company and expanding our market presence both online and through door-to-door initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of developing effective marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and increase market penetration.
• Engage in door-to-door marketing and online promotion to introduce our services to potential customers.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify market opportunities and tailor services to meet customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Manage social media platforms and company website to ensure content is up-to-date and engaging.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and community organizations to build a positive company image.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry or a related sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving sales and marketing objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving and marketing plan development.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
• Experience in budget management and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Hours and Compensation

The position offers $45/hour for a 35-hour work week.
