Technical Account Manager - Whitby, Canada - SIMNET
Description
Work closely with the project manager and sales team to understand the technical requirements of clients and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance and support on cloud infrastructure, security, and best practices.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including helping to define project scope and timelines.
- Work with the engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation of cloud services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as a point of contact for any technical questions or concerns.
- Monitor and report on the technical performance of cloud services for clients, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations as needed.
