ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

McDougall Energy Inc. is looking for a high energy, results focused individual to fill a

Lead Hand position at our

Strathroy Shell & Convenience Store located at

28610 Centre Road, Strathroy, Ontario.
Reporting to the Manager, this position is responsible for:

Providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all customers.
Maintaining a clean, safe, customer friendly work environment.
Ensure all exterior store conditions are maintained to enhance the properties curb appeal.
Ensure accurate operation of cashier systems.
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and balanced.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures as prescribed.
Enforcing age verification for the sales of tobacco and lottery products.
Support and assist the Manager will all aspects of retail operations.

ABOUT YOU:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Three years of customer service experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong customer service, and organizational skills.
Friendly enthusiastic and customer service focused.
Superior customer service skills with a desire to be part of a performancedriven team.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work night shifts and weekends and holidays.
Valid G drivers' licence and reliable form of transportation to and from work.
