Who You'll Work With


We are seeking mental health professionals licensed to practice in their respective province to join our contractor clinical network Counselors will provide short-term, solution-focused counselling support to a variety of clients covering a vast array of counselling issues.

Working independently through in-person, telephonic, and online counselling modes, mental health professionals will follow company protocols while delivering clinically appropriate interventions.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive and accept counselling referrals on a timely basis.
  • Provide counselling support under a shortterm model.
  • Schedule counselling appointments.
  • Enter and submit case notes through a secure online portal.
  • Complete and close cases within a reasonably appropriate period of time.
  • Partake in team meetings.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Degree or diploma in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent counselling program
  • 35 years' counselling experience, postgraduation
  • Membership in good standing with a respective professional order
  • Active liability insurance

What You Need to Stand Out

  • Addictions, crisis and adolescents experience
  • Availability on evenings and weekends is considered a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using technology for accessing client files and conducting online counseling sessions
