Assistant ManagerDuties:
- Provide administrative support to the manager, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Help with time management by prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain organizational systems and ensure files and documents are properly stored and accessible
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in math for inventory management purposes
- Familiarity with stock management systems is a plus
