Assistant Manager


Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to the manager, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Help with time management by prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain organizational systems and ensure files and documents are properly stored and accessible
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in math for inventory management purposes
  • Familiarity with stock management systems is a plus
