Service Coordinator - Québec, Canada - GAV MGMT
Description
We are seeking a Service Coordinator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required to be successful in this position.As Service Coordinator you will coordinate between clients and service technicians by producing daily/weekly schedules as well as providing necessary documents/information inline with current workloads and due dates.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and weekly schedules based on priority and due dates
- Request availability from client
- Schedule and dispatch service technician
- Maintain and update status of service tickets
- Plan workloads
- Track schedule fulfillment
- Build trust and productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and coworkers
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 3 years Coordinator experience
- Project Management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Strong Time management skills and stressmanagement techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
- French an asset
- Understanding of Audio Visual an asset
