Description
We are seeking a Service Coordinator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required to be successful in this position.

As Service Coordinator you will coordinate between clients and service technicians by producing daily/weekly schedules as well as providing necessary documents/information inline with current workloads and due dates.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare daily and weekly schedules based on priority and due dates
  • Request availability from client
  • Schedule and dispatch service technician
  • Maintain and update status of service tickets
  • Plan workloads
  • Track schedule fulfillment
  • Build trust and productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and coworkers
  • Escalate any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • 3 years Coordinator experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Strong Time management skills and stressmanagement techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
  • French an asset
  • Understanding of Audio Visual an asset
