    Description

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, managing key accounts, and expanding our presence in the Canadian market. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnering with other teams to capitalize on potential business.
    • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
    • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales promotions and campaigns.
    • Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
    • Travel to meet with clients and attend industrial show events as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (equivalent) or higher in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the automation products.
    • It is an asset that the sales experience in process control software or industrial technology such as (please specify one or two industrial technologies),
    • Proven track record in sales management with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Fluent in English; French is an asset.
    • Knowledge of local business practices and regulations.
